Shilpa Trisal

Shilpa Trisal is an environmental planning and community planning expert with more than 20 years of experience in analysis and project management.

Shilpa Trisal has more than 20 years of experience in preparing environmental analysis and project management related to transportation projects. She has managed the preparation of environmental impact documents required for compliance with state environmental laws in California, Texas, Washington, and Alaska, and with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Shilpa is highly experienced in federal policies and procedures including FHWA, FTA, FRA and MARAD as they relate to the processing of federal environmental documents. She is a subject matter expert for community impact assessment, environmental justice, and Section 4(f) of the USDOT Act.
