Brad Norton
Brad is an expert in habitat conservation planning and implementation who focuses on energy, water, and conservation planning efforts. He works to advance innovative and implementable solutions for endangered species compliance. He is a facilitator, collaborator, and problem-solver who works with public and private clients in Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Pacific Islands.
Brad worked on more than 10 regional conservation strategies, including developing plans for utilities, counties, water agencies, developers, and renewable energy clients. He also worked extensively on eagle conservation plans and permit integration efforts, such as developing eagle take permits, regional general permits, and in-lieu fee programs.
In addition to project work and supporting clients, Brad also teaches conservation planning for the U.C. Davis Continuing and Professional Education program.
