Aidan has more than 10 years of experience in designing research and evaluation that improves the implementation and delivery of health programmes and policy, with a particular focus on integrated care and multi-professional teams.
Aidan has worked across the whole cycle of evaluation development and delivery, having worked in the NHS and at Prostate Cancer UK before joining ICF in 2016. At ICF Aidan is managing the evaluation of Building the Right Support for NHS England, which aims to transform care and support in the community for people with a learning disability and autism and their families. Aidan has also provided qualitative research expertise for European Commission studies, and developed a range of partnerships with academic and NHS organisations. As a former member of an NHS Research Ethics Committee and NHS management trainee, Aidan is able to bring day-to-day knowledge of work in health and social care to the design of ICF’s research projects.
Aidan holds an MSc in Healthcare Management and Leadership from the Universities of Birmingham and Manchester, and a bachelor’s degree in European Studies from the University of Manchester.
