Jim Daniel

James is ICF’s executive vice president, general counsel, and secretary. He serves as counsel to ICF’s senior management and board of directors and oversees all legal and regulatory matters. He also manages the company’s legal, compliance, and internal audit functions.

Previously, James held positions as general counsel and corporate secretary at Serco Inc. and SI International. He also served as in-house counsel for The University of Memphis.
